New York State Wine Tasting

PA3 cordially invites you to 

Wines of New York State

Saturday, June 11, 2022

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm.

The wine theme this time will be the fascinating and trendy American Wine Regions [A.V.A.] of The Finger Lakes and Long Island within the State of New York.  Our goal is to feature and review together 4 representative wines from small producers in NY, One white, two light bodied reds and one full bodied wine.  

Optional Cost: $93 plus tax for four bottles of wine plus a seminar with a certified sommelier and educator. It is not required to purchase the wines or buy all 4 bottles.

Wine Details

We have again arranged a wine tasting in partnership with Public Wines, 23 Witherspoon St. Our certified Sommelier and educator for the evening will be Sebastian Koncurat, who has 20 years of experience in the wine and culinary industries.

The Cheeses are:

Lamoreaux- Washington's Crossing - A PA made firm cheese with Alpine and Gouda flavors. 

Paumuou- Fromager D' Affinios- French double cream brie, very milky and sweet 

Weis- Old Witch- Switzerland Alp produced cheese. Nutty, sweet and semi- soft. Balances well with Riesling style and bubbles

Red Tail- Veri- Goat From NJ this is a cave aged, raw milk, small batch goat's milk cheese and is mild, but still has some of that grassy, goat flavor
